Cost & Insurance
Most insurance plans are accepted, including Medicaid/All Kids. Grants and financial assistance
options are also available for children without private insurance or Medicaid so that no child is
turned away due to an inability to pay.

How to Register
A signed permission/consent form must be returned prior to treatment.
• Option 1: Complete and return the paper form sent home with your child to the Saratoga Main Office.
• Option 2: Sign up online fast at www.myschooldentist.com.
